This is an expansion to the innovative mechanism already integrated into the system. Constructed from durable ball and socket joints, secured in place by 1/8" round elastic, bonded at the tip using epoxy, and tied around a rod within the base component after applying sufficient tension to maintain the tentacle level without sagging, this add-on facilitates delicate sanding of the ball joint for enhanced friction. Engineered to scale at 100%, it can be reduced but no more than 20% in size. For ease of installation and potential future maintenance, I recommend attaching the mechanism using hot glue, allowing for effortless removal if the elastic deteriorates or ruptures.
