Hello, This message is addressed to people equipped with a grinding wheel with water wheel. Type TRI... SHEP... TOR..., etc... This is a sharpening guide for woodturner's gouges. I named it "LE KEMROT", in reference to his brother. Indeed, it is fixed on the accessory holder like its original one. My attempt at making this in wood worked fairly well, but the tool holder was stuck. There are other models available, such as ONE way..., which are better suited for classic reels. This guide consists of a tool holder and its axis (pivot) along with the lamella. For more details, I provide you with the design of the support of this tool, which is essential. It's made from a few pieces of copper and 2 "T" parts. I repurposed 2 screws from an old microphone stand, 2 nuts of 6, and voila! A worthy guide for nothing. The top reinforcement and nut locations are more adjusted.
