To make a waterproof seal for your trolley handle, start by cleaning the area thoroughly with a cloth and some mild soap. Next, apply a thin layer of silicone-based lubricant to the inner rim of the wheel. This will help create a smooth surface that water can't penetrate. Then, take a piece of rubber cord or a length of plastic tubing and wrap it around the inside of the wheel, ensuring it's centered and evenly spaced. Secure the cord or tube with some electrical tape or a small clamp. Finally, apply another thin layer of silicone lubricant to the wrapped area and let it dry completely before using your trolley again.
