GotWay Msuper 18 V3 is an "Electrical Selfbalancing Unicycle". While the Version 3 of this unicycle looks more elegant than its predecessors, it features not a single straight line on its shell to mount anything to it. Therefore, a customized mounting bracket is needed to safely attach things like an action cam and/or additional headlight. For maximum flexibility of things to use with this mount, I chose the GoPro clamp as attachment point (thanks to MatteoMeraldi for his GoPro spare parts collection). Besides action cams, you will find lights and many other things using this standard. You need a metal screw and nut (M5 size) to hold the bracket in its place. Use very moderate force when tightening that screw, as excessive force will break the plastic. Do not try to force an oversized screw or nut into the respective openings for the same reason. Mounting: The little pin on the inside of the bracket needs to rest in the frontal screw hole of the Msuper's handle. Be aware: mounting it will likely leave scratch marks! Use some tissue in between to avoid that. For 3D printing newbies: this is not as easy a print as my Msuper V3 Mudguard (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2083438). It contains a hinge to open the bracket for mounting, which is printed in one piece. Tiny supports will provide the 0.5 mm spacing between the moving parts of the hinge. When the print is finished, those supports need to break at the right places (without breaking anything else). If you are not very experienced with printing such moving parts, I suggest you print the thing in vertical orientation and keep the print speed way down for maximum precision. Material: As with the mudguard, temperature stability may be of concern when you will be using the mount in exceptionally hot conditions. Choose ABS (or better) for those applications. Anybody else should be fine with ordinary PLA. UPDATE: The initially uploaded file printed fine with Cura, but parts separated after being printed with Simplify3D. Version 2 has been properly fused, but I am waiting for results of a test print. Print Settings Printer: Micromake D1 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 40% Notes: Both the printed hinge and the GoPro mount require fairly tight tolerances. Consequently, your printer needs accurate calibration. I suggest a rather low print speed, and I suggest vertical orientation for printing (as set in file). At least my printer will not produce a usable hinge otherwise. I increased wall and bottom/ceiling thickness to 3.2mm respectively 2mm, hoping for improved stability. Total filament consumption is still
