I've noticed that the corners of my printer are getting most of the hits when I drop a wheel. To fix this issue, I designed bumpers with a precise fit. The best material for printing these bumpers is flexible, and I used TPU specifically for its high impact absorption properties. Any other material will work, though. To attach the bumpers, I use double-sided tape. My printer of choice is the Anycubic Mega-S. For optimal results, refer to my pictures for all settings used during printing. Also, check out the images for better alignment models. When printing with TPU, it's essential to print each model separately to avoid stringing issues. To prevent this, I use "optimize wall print" and "coasting" settings in my printer software.
