This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13, subsequently converted to every other 3D format. Native format is .skp; a 3dsmax scene is generated with 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 This design adheres to a standard centre hall plan. Moreover, it features a sunroom on the left-hand side, library on the right-hand side, and a tower situated in the front. The living area and master bedroom both boast sitting areas. Access to the third floor of the tower is available via the attic space. Based on a downloaded card model, all elements are correctly positioned, though sizes have been modified. Two-story porches dominate the front façade. A separate garage accompanies this property. The basement is an optional feature; however, it remains unmodeled to date. Sadly, the siding has deteriorated significantly over time, necessitating a coat of paint. Each door and window was crafted from scratch by me. Notorious accounts assert that a ghost inhabits this abode, corroborated by reported strange noises heard during full moon nights.
