I wanted to make this design work with pre-assembled lampcord including lampholder (E14 bulb, see specs in picture). So I made hole for the base, diameter 32.1mm and designed separate basefoot where to thread lamp wire. If you dont tighten the E14 base-ring too much the lamp should rotate freely 360. Modified using tinkercad. You may freely resize holes using tinkercad if your lampcord's lampholder is different size. Hopefully you like it.
