Gothenburg Museum of Art

Welcome to Gothenburg! This model was created back in 2014 by Danny Sanchez after he visited this amazing city. It's one of his earliest designs for MiniWorld, and we're thrilled to finally share it with you! The Museum of Art in Gothenburg is home to an incredible collection of Nordic art from the late 19th century. They also have a diverse selection of contemporary and international art, featuring famous artists like Monet, Picasso, and Rembrandt. The stunning building was designed by Sigfrid Ericson and completed in 1924 to commemorate Gothenburg's 300th birthday. It's an impressive example of Neo-Classical architecture and is made from the distinctive yellow "Gothenburg brick" that's commonly used throughout the city. You'll also find a famous statue of Poseidon designed by Carl Milles right outside the museum - it's a beloved landmark in Gothenburg! At MiniWorld, we're passionate about sharing cultural knowledge through 3D printing. Each model is carefully crafted by hand and brain from scratch using SolidWorks or Fusion360 to ensure perfect printability. Please give credit where credit is due - we believe in spreading education and promoting culture worldwide! MiniWorld is a unique collection of 3D printable models featuring famous landmarks from around the globe!
