I liked the general design of Rhazgular's Flashtool from Thingiverse but did not intend to integrate a complete FTDI assembly into it and use a pin header instead.

So I decided the original design was a bit too much for me and cut down the volume and printing time. I also added an old micro switch for easy flashing initialisation. Last but not least i widened the pogo pin holes a bit to make mounting the pins easier for me and cut away parts of the body where it could interfere with the WLan antenna.

I recommend soldering the pins to the wires before inserting them to prevent unwanted melting effects. When the pogo pins are aligned correctly, add a drop of CA on their base to fix them permanently The pin header and microswitch were attached with a glob of hot glue.

Print Settings

Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.1mm
Infill: 15%
Filament: filamentum PLA natural

Notes:

I recommend taking the time to print in 0.1 and not too fast to get the small pogo pin holes printed precisely.
