Gort the Defender

A childhood friend from kindergarten has a son turning three, who adores Gort as his favorite knight. To celebrate the occasion, I personalized a 3D-printed Gort figure by adding a sword and shield in a viking style. The sword pops out for safety reasons, while the Gort toy was based on i3Dnaked's model. The print settings included MakerWare, .2 layer height, 2 shells, 10% infill, and ABS material on a replicator.
