This is a remix of GORT smoothed posted by amrus2011. I encountered printing issues with the original Gort due to support problems and a tendency for it to collapse before the print finished. Laying it down to print added supports that left many marks, increasing the post-print workload. I finally managed to print it using a pretty large raft for extra stability. I obtained some high-quality silk silver filament that looked much better than previous silver filaments and decided to print a larger Gort. I divided it into 4 parts to reduce the need for supports and make scaling up easier. The head is the only part that requires supports. I recommend printing the legs with rafts to maximize adhesion since they're tall and fairly narrow. I made cuts at points that had natural breaks, notably the beltline and 'cuffs', to minimize the impact of the seams. I printed it scaled up to 580mm on a Tevo Tornado.
