<p>Print three of these, add a 9.55mm-diameter neodymium magnet into the cavity inside of each, slip them on your gorillapod tripod, and you'll be able to attach your rig to metal rails and rigs — even upside-down.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>My file has a very thin layer over the magnets — it tore off cleanly when I was attaching them (post-print); I like it better without them and may redesign it to have the magnets always be fully exposed.</p> <p>You may want to try to pause your printer and embed your magnet inside the print; if so, glue it in place so it doesn't pop itself out and stick to the hot end.</p>
