GorillaPod Shoulder Rig
thingiverse
Designed in house for shooting interviews at CES this year, it uses a JOBY GorillaPod SLR Zoom as the base. The product can be found on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/GorillaPod-Flexible-Ballhead-Mirrorless-Cameras/dp/B002FGTWOC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485476313&sr=8-1&keywords=joby%2Bgorillapod&th=1 The holes for the bolts were carefully drilled out. The nylon straps may not be required depending on the weight of your camera. With a DSLR camera and field monitor, it was causing the exposed joints to sag significantly. To address this issue, adhesive foam pads were added to ensure nothing was cutting in. Printed using 3D-Fuel composites, the product is designed to provide maximum support. For a complete set, print three braces. Feel free to make improvements and share pictures if you create one!
