Gorc's lightsaber from Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II is a mystery, with only concept art to fuel our imagination. Drawing inspiration from the collective ideas of many makers, this model brings together various interpretations of what it might have looked like. Standing at an astonishing 9.8 feet tall, Gorc wielded a formidable Lightclub, classified as such due to its massive size. Estimated to be over 19 inches in length and weighing in excess of 11 pounds, the blade itself stretched a staggering 9.8 feet long. However, based on design considerations, I have scaled down this behemoth to approximately 30 inches in length and 2.55 inches in diameter. Please note that this model has not yet been 3D printed, so some significant modifications will be necessary to ensure smooth operation. To begin the printing process, start by printing Grip_Plate x16 and Vent x4.
