Gopro & Xiaomi Yi generic strap-on mount

I didn't want a bulky HD-camera mount cluttering my Armattan Morphite 180 so I created a versatile design that secures to the same strap as the battery. Testing has consistently shown that this setup performs exceptionally well, especially in turbulent flight conditions where the extra stress might cause the camera to release from its restraints. This innovative design should work perfectly with any multicopter sporting top-mounted batteries, including drones featuring the GoPro or Xiaomi camera. To achieve a secure hold on the LxL-mount and battery combination, I recommend adding a touch of friction via some Velcro, neoprene, or hot glue to keep everything snugly in place. Following recent improvements, an additional longer L-mount has been integrated which allows for installation beneath the battery to further enhance CoG.
