Summary There are times when I simply didn't need to attach my GoPro to a mount, instead opting for a straightforward approach by threading a string or rope directly through the holes in the camera case. However, once the string was securely in place, it proved to be just as cumbersome to untie as it would have been to remove the GoPro from a mount altogether. This realization led me to design a new type of mount that features a dedicated hole for threading a string or rope, allowing for effortless attachment and detachment with complete ease. I opted for 550 Paracord due to its exceptional strength, compact size, and reasonable price point. To accommodate the cord's diameter, I carefully crafted the hole slightly larger than the typical Paracord thickness, specifically 0.20 inches, giving users a clear idea of the type of string or rope that can be easily threaded through this innovative design.
