I recommend printing in PETG. PLA is ok too if you print at 205C for improved layer adhesion. For strength use +50% infill. You will need a 1/4" - 20 nut. Set your slicer to pause one or two layers before the roof begins to print. I gave you a bit of extra room. A floor prints to keep the nut in place. You can cut out and glue if you prefer.
