I took a Gopro arm, cut it and merged it with a Quadlock mount, I cant find who the made the Quadlock mount as I downloaded it months ago and tried to search for it. Simple mount, I just did a basic support for the holes which I'm not sure if it was needed, I had to sand it a little to make it fit well but could be my bed levelling.
