This design is inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437743. Several GoPro cap mounts are designed for standard 500/330ml bottles, but a 100ml bottle offers sufficient capacity. I discovered a 100ml bottle (nail polish remover) in the store. The thread's outside diameter was measured at 23.6mm. A strong connection to the camera is also desired. I utilized ANSI Unified Screw Thread 1” 1-8 UNC class 3B in Fusion 360, which provides an acceptable fit despite not being a perfect match. This configuration does not create a water-tight seal, but the weight of the camera will keep the cap in place, preventing air from escaping. To ensure a secure grip and visibility, I applied some bitumen tape and yellow tape accordingly. Fusion 360 files are included for download. Requirements: A stainless M5 nut is required.
