The horizontal print setup provides significantly more stability to the camera connection and screw, making it an essential feature. I strongly advise against vertical prints due to the inherent weakness caused by layer adhesion. To ensure optimal performance, I recommend a minimum wall thickness of 1.2 mm and at least 20% infill density.
