I designed a custom cold shoe splitter from scratch using TinkerCad, and attached five devices to one single cold shoe. I utilize this setup to mount my GoPro camera, two LED lights, and a wireless audio receiver for my Lavalier microphone. I printed the design with PETG filament at 70% infill for added rigidity, without using any supports - it's essential to have the side with two cold shoes facing downwards during printing. After confirming that cold shoe adapters fit perfectly, I've also started working on a modification to accommodate hot shoe adapters.
