This mount provides decent protection for your GoPro while you surf or engage in other activities, allowing you to capture great video footage and still images without worrying about your camera getting damaged. However, it does slightly obstruct breathing due to its snug fit on the mouthguard. Despite some initial difficulty adapting to wearing this, overall functionality seems to be satisfactory.
