Check out this video for an overview of a minimalistic GoPro mount and legs designed for the DJI F450 Flame Wheel quadcopter: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGfxn7FXdyY. The mount features a smooth tilt mechanism, and can accommodate various GoPro cameras. Printable parts are strong yet lightweight with 20% infill. The servo used is the Turnigy MG930 Digital Metal Gear Servo, which comes with a round servo horn. The "top" piece reduces vibration and can also be used to mount FPV gear like power filters and video transmitters. Secure it with two bolts and nuts on the frame. Adjustable tilt allows you to hide the arms while flying. Mount the round servo horn to the bottom piece using tiny screws or glue. Attach the servo to the "GoPro" part, and use locktite for a secure connection. Fasten the GoPro to the mount with a textile elastic band for strength. Legs snap on easily. The sketchup file includes additional experimental parts. Happy flying!
