To mount a GoPro on our turtlebots 2, we opted for a specific design that proved quite suitable. We printed the mount using PLA material, allowing for easy composting later on. The installation process was straightforward; we used 3-56 screws and nuts to attach the plate to the turtlebot, but 4-40 hardware with 4-40 ball headed cap screws should work as well. This design was originally based on files found at grabcad.com/library/gopro-quick-release-base-flat-bottom.
