GoPro Picatinny Airsoft Mount Should easily print parts with most printers. Should also be usable right off the hot plate. Instructions: Everything required is in the picture, with all things laid out. Here's a quick list: --- 4-40 1.25" Screws, 2x --- 4-40 Nuts, 2x --- GoPro acorn nut --- GoPro hand screw Print the two pieces. I recommend a minimum of 5% fill on the GoPro base and 20% fill on the clamp. The nuts are meant to be snug, so you may need to trim a bit if your printer is out of tune. Mine isn't tuned tightly and had less than 2 minutes of trim around the large hex nut. The holes should be printable on most equipment since they are drafted or 'tear dropped'. Remove the 'raft' on the clamp. I prefer flush cutters. The raft allows the item to be easily printed vertically, which helps add strength in the direction where stress is applied in this part. Assemble the items (see pictures). Once you assemble the clamp for the first time, it should be self-retaining and doesn't ever have to be removed. Mount on your equipment.
