This is a straightforward mount to secure a GoPro Hero 3 or Hero 4 on a racing drone. Its design takes advantage of a top-mounted battery, which provides the necessary support to keep the camera firmly in place. This makes it easy to remove the mount when you're not filming, eliminating the need to fly around with an oversized camera mount attached to your GoPro. The plan is to utilize a battery strap, often included free with drone components, to hold the camera steady. This mount functions perfectly with my GoPro Hero 3 and should also work seamlessly with the Hero 3+ or Hero 4, as well as any action camera that shares similar dimensions.
