I really liked this design from u/MettGyver https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4368442 Using it for a phone, for fun I added an additional GoPro Mound to get more bang for my buck in terms of real estate. This is a compact design with two options: Option 1 replaces the base of the smartphone holder. 20mm base. to add a straightforward gopro mount. Option 2 adds a simple mount that goes over the verticle sides that hold the phone. Picture attached. This option allows you to move the gopro at the same angle the phone tilt is set to.
