It's a fresh take on perryluca "gopro mask mount", with shorter "legs" designed specifically for scuba goggles that don't require as deep of a dive. The Cressi Ocean goggles are a great fit for this project. To secure the support, simply use a small zip tie to attach it between the mask's acrylic and silicone components.
