GoPro low-profile swivel mount
thingiverse
I needed a swivel mount with minimal projection from the surface. The simplest way to achieve that is by building the ball directly onto a clip mount. A standard M5 nut and a GoPro knob secure the mount firmly in place. The ball measures 19mm in diameter, which I found out is a common size, making it a useful starting point for other projects. Update: Unfortunately, the connection between the ball and the clip proved to be a major weak point. The need to print with that orientation made it difficult to strengthen it effectively. Instead, I opted for a ball-to-double connection using a standard clip mount. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Printed in PETG.
