Summary Lens cap for Gopro3, with lens centered mount and quick release for gimbal lens cover. Sizing used Gopro Silver as reference, added microphone hole to case. Press-on design for 1 and 2, A and B for DYS brushless gimbal quick release. Update4/17/14: Frame is now good, made from scratch. Update5/13/14 Added cover 1 and 2 for 32mm lexan, moves out of frame on wide shots. Quick release mount parts added for DYS 3 axis brushless gimbal. Instructions Cut a piece of clear covering 32mm square. Used 0.78mm thick lexan from Stratasys Titan 3d printer build sheet. Any material will do as long as it's about 32mm square and under 0.8mm thick. The cover presses onto the lens of Gopro 3 Silver, aligns to notches in camera. It fits tight. Made my design case, moved pivot mount to center lens on base. EDIT: lexan was 30mm square, made bigger for wide shots on gopro. Black out edge of lexan if you don't want vignette color printed.
