I finally figured out a way to keep mine so I created and printed one myself. Check it out! I used 0.2 mm layers and filled the entire space with solid material - that's 100% infill for you. Printing takes around 30 minutes, give or take a minute or two. If it doesn't fit perfectly, just try scaling up or down by about 1-2%.
