It's the high-quality low-poly 3D model GoPro HERO4 Silver Edition action camera used in a wide range of fields like 3D Graphics including game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, visualization, etc.. The model was created from real ortho-photos of a camcorder which is why all its design details are recreated most accurately. One of the easiest features to use about this model is that it consists of few meshes, it's low-polygonal (which saves system resources) and has only two materials: Body and Glass Lens. No matter what renderer you choose to use, this model will always look realistic because of its high resolution photo-textures. The competently thought out topology of the low-poly model in combination with detailed textures allows for a minimal amount of polygons while achieving maximum quality, which is enough even for close-ups. To increase advanced realism, additional textures are used: Specular, Glossiness, Bump and Emission for the luminous elements of the model (such as screens, indicators, etc.). To achieve the best possible Bump depth, I set Bump Multiplier to 0.1 in Maya Software materials or V-Ray MTL materials for Maya. The Specular and Glossiness maps simulate various reflective and dispersing capacities of the different areas of the model which gives the effect of using more materials. In total, there are five main textures. All textures have a square resolution of 2048 pixels in .png format. Also included are original texture files in .PSD format within the archive. This model was created in the 'Maya 2009' 3D program. The model has correct dimensions in real-world scale in centimeters. All parts are correctly grouped and named. Additionally, there is an adjusted render-scene that was created in Maya 2014 using V-Ray 2.40 plug-in. This scene opens correctly in earlier versions up to the Maya 2012 with V-Ray 2.0 because it's saved in .ma format. The render-scene includes six V-Ray Rect Light + reflectors and assigns the V-Ray MTL material to the model. On the Timeline, keys of the model and Render Camera position are set for relevant Preview Images. If you don't need these positions, remember to delete animation keys from translation and rotation channels. To use the model in other 3D programs, scenes are saved in formats like .fbx, .obj, .DAE, .max (2010 version). Note: This is a Low-Poly model and it's not designed for the use of any smoothing modifiers.
