GoPro Hero3 Window Corner Adapter

GoPro Hero3 Window Corner Adapter

thingiverse

There is a construction site next to my office building and I want to capture time-lapse footage of the entire process. Since it will take months to complete, I need a way to keep my GoPro camera in place without having to unmount it every time. To solve this problem, I designed a window corner adapter that ensures the camera stays at the same spot from one shooting session to the next. The frame can be attached to the front of the window using two suction cups, similar to those used for aquarium tubing, or to the back using a standard GoPro mount. This provides flexibility and makes it easy to set up the system. To prevent the camera from falling while adjusting the adapter on the window, I added a lid that can be clipped onto the back of the frame. This feature adds an extra layer of security and gives me peace of mind when shooting time-lapse footage. If you like this design, please consider tipping me or leaving a comment. Your support is greatly appreciated!
