I needed a mount that would allow me to keep the USB cable plugged in while capturing time-lapse photos. To solve this problem, I repurposed a standard GoPro Hero3 mount found on Thingiverse and modified it by drilling a hole where the USB connection is located. Next, I used an adjustable extension and some blue tack to securely attach it to the front of my 3D printer.
