GoPro HERO 8 Mount Armattan Marmotte Badger - ND Filter Compatible

Designed to securely mount a GoPro HERO 8 to the Armattan Marmotte or Badger FPV drone frames. It is designed to work with the Camera-Butter ND filters made specifically for the HERO 8. I have tried smaller mounting prints available for the same application but none of them reliably keep the battery/SD door pressed closed on the GoPro Hero 8. I didn't realize it would be an issue until a hard inverted crash where the battery door popped open and flew off also with the battery which I never was able to find. Another issue this design solves is that the HERO 8 Does not have a twist-off/removable lens cover like the HERO 6/7 and 9/10 do, so it is not as straightforward/secure flying with an ND Filter. This mount is designed with 3 lens protectors/bumpers that have the correct clearance to work with the Camera-Butter stick-on ND Filters for the HERO 8. They provide a slight bit of pressure on the reusable stick-on filter without protruding into the camera field of view to help prevent the loss of the filter in a crash, additionally, they act as a bumper for the front of the GoPro lens itself. It is designed to offer as much protection as possible while keeping the weight to a minimum. This mount is printed in TPU with a 0.3 layer height. Normal supports are required. Should be printed on its "side" with the lens slot in the positive Z direction.
