Hi,\nThis is a flat lens for a GoPro Hero 2 watertight housing. The glass lens and plastic ring forming the original housing will be removed, allowing you to fit the new mounting plate (which you'll need to print) to your housing instead. The original rubber gasket will be underneath the new mounting plate. You can use the original screws to clamp the new plate down later on. To get started, find an O-ring with an inner diameter of 34-35mm and an outer diameter of 38-39mm. I found one in my toolbox. Next, you'll need a Plexiglas plate that's about 4mm thick. You can turn it using a lathe or do it by hand (diameter 60mm). Clamp the new mounting plate and the Plexiglas plate together and drill six holes slowly without applying too much pressure, using WD40 as lubricant. After that, you'll need six M3 nuts made of stainless steel and six bolts with 10mm long M3 threads also made of stainless steel.\nMounting:\nClean all surfaces thoroughly\nFit the original rubber gasket onto the housing\nGet your new 3D-printed mounting plate\nGet a soldering iron and heat up the M3 nuts, placing one on top of the soldering iron before pushing it into the nut spaces at the back of the mounting plate. Be careful.\nLubricate the O-ring with some silicone spray\nPlace the O-ring in the groove of the new mounting plate\nPut your Plexiglas plate on top of the O-ring\nInsert the screws and push them into the drilled holes\nScrew the Plexiglas plate together with the new mounting plate, being careful to follow a cross pattern like car wheels\nYou might need to trim one side of the new mounting plate slightly where the knob for the record button from the housing is located. This isn't a major problem.\nI've tested mine and it works fine, but I haven't pushed it to its limits yet - no scuba diving has been done so far.\nTest the seal without the camera in the housing first\nBe careful and have fun, but keep in mind that there's no guarantee.\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: Anet A8\nRafts: No\nSupports: Yes\nInfill: 100
