I have a collection of these lights, which perform exceptionally well, except for their mounting system. The helmet mount is particularly problematic, prompting me to create this solution using Autocad Inventor. I utilized the existing screw in my design. For simplicity, the two alignment pins were omitted, and it still functions flawlessly without them. If you'd like access to the native CAD file, please let me know. Both PLA and ABS materials worked well for me at approximately 30% density.
