I really liked the GoPro handlebar / tube / scooter mount from suxfevi https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4137375 but my handlebar was around 31,5 mm. Since there are only two sizes (22 mm an 32,5 mm) available I remixed the button part and only cut it a bit. This makes it possible to install the mount on some different, smaller diameters.
