This two-part design simplifies printing. Revamping my GoPro mounts, I now use this connector across models. When printing thin items like the mounts, opt for 2 perimeters and 100% infill; 4 perimeters were previously used but proved too weak due to layer adhesion. For more information, visit this thread: http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?262,357700. Print the mount in solid form with 2 perimeters; the handle can have 3-4 perimeters and 10-20% infill. For ABS, use acetone, while PLA requires glue. Secure the nut firmly and apply glue for better fit.
