GoPro-compatible mount for a USB power bank

This is for holding a USB power bank on a GoPro-compatible mount such as a bike handlebar clamp, tripod mount or whatever. Default measurements are for this 6700mAh power bank: https://www.clasohlson.com/no/Powerbank-2-x-6700-mAh,-Clas-Ohlson/Pr388243000 but you can customize it for yours, as long as it has a lozenge-shaped cross section (rectangle with fully rounded ends). I made it slightly oversized so I could use rubber bands as bushings to cushion it a bit. Takes M5 nuts and bolts. Afterwards I used a 3D printing pen to "glue" the nuts in place, but that's not strictly necessary; or you can use superglue instead. The 3-tab mount may be attached the "wrong" way for your application, such that the power bank swings sideways instead of forward-and-back. But that's the only way to print it so that the tabs and the hoop part will both be as strong as possible, and without support.
