GoPro-compatible mount for a USB power bank

This is designed for holding a USB power bank on a GoPro-compatible mount such as a bike handlebar clamp, tripod mount or any other. Default measurements are based on this 6700mAh power bank: https://www.clasohlson.com/no/Powerbank-2-x-6700-mAh,-Clas-Ohlson/Pr388243000 but you can customize it to fit yours, as long as it has a lozenge-shaped cross section (rectangle with fully rounded ends). I made it slightly larger so I could use rubber bands as bushings to give it some extra cushioning. It requires M5 nuts and bolts. After that, I used a 3D printing pen to secure the nuts in place, but that's not strictly necessary; you can also use superglue instead. The three-tab mount may be attached upside down for your application, resulting in the power bank swinging sideways instead of forward-and-back. However, this is the only way to print it so that the tabs and the hoop part will both be as strong as possible without support.
