gopro buoyant handle
thingiverse
I crafted this grip to safeguard my underwater camera (a Forever SC-400 PLUS in my case) from sinking into the ocean depths and to enable its use during scuba diving excursions. The mount secures itself using an M5 screw and a standard knob, effectively locking the case in place. One non-printable element is the seal between the bottom screw and the handle's interior. When snorkeling, the handle should remain empty to maintain buoyancy, but when diving with scuba gear, it must be filled with water to prevent damage from pressure buildup. I produced this grip using ASA filament, though you can opt for any other material that meets two essential requirements: being waterproof and resistant to mild pressure.
