Designed specifically for GoPro, this bike mount fits snugly onto Ø20~35.6mm bars with its transverse mount system. To ensure durability, the part underwent rigorous testing in Ansys, where it successfully withstood impacts of at least 140N or roughly 14kg using both ABS and PLA materials (equivalent to 40 MPa stress at 100% fill). Additionally, the mount remained non-deformable when securely fastened onto the bar.
