An antivibration mount is used to decrease the "jello effect" in a GoPro mounted on a 3DRobotics IRIS quadcopter. The standard GoPro attachment is affixed to the front of the IRIS and, for developer edition IRIS models, it's rigidly attached to the quadcopter frame, resulting in distorted video due to vibration. This bracket, which accepts standard GoPro accessories, places the camera beneath the quadcopter near its center of gravity, while also distributing weight so that Velcro can be used for attachment. The use of two layers of Velcro offers both quick detachment and vibration isolation. The Velcro could be attached to the "Iris Tarot gimbal adapter" or directly to the IRIS's bottom or any other quadcopter.
