GoPro 9 Battery HardCase
prusaprinters

This is a single GoPro 9 battery case with a slot for a micro SD card. Prints without supports, the only support needed is built-in, remove after printing.

The 3mf file consists of the top and bottom parts, place them separately on the print bed.

IMPORTANT Use print setting “Detect thin walls”, otherwise the built in support will be missing.

Use a piece of filament and a drop of glue to connect the hinges. You may need a 2mm drill to enlarge the holes.

Remove the built in support below the clamp.

There is 0.6mm gap (built in tolerance) for the latch to fully snap in under the bridged section in the bottom half. But if the "bridge hangs in" more, you have to remove 1-2 layers with a knife. As you can see on picture, the latch can completly snap in with a good print.

I have printed this using PETG, PP, and also ABS. If you print this with ABS, enlarge 101,5%, for PP 103%
