Wife bought me a GoPro Hero 5 Sessions for Christmas, and I wanted to mount it to my printer. The first modification I made was remove the indexing rib from the bottom, which gave me some extra space. After printing it, I noticed the angle was off, so the second modification I did was add a slight angle - how much is still a mystery, but it works for me and might work for you too. To make sure everything fit together properly, I also had to create reliefs for the socket head bolts. The angled mount has two different base thicknesses: 3mm and 4mm. Every detail was designed using SketchUp. Here are my print settings: Printer: Hictop Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .1 or .2 Infill: 100%
