Gopro 7 Zhiyun Smooth Q Gimbal Adapter

This adapter is specifically designed for use with the GoPro Hero 7 (Black Edition), allowing you to seamlessly integrate your GoPro with the Zhiyun Smooth Q phone gimbal. Once pressed into place, the GoPro sits securely within the adapter, eliminating any concerns about it falling out during use. However, this does necessitate that experienced makers handle the printing process in order to ensure a precise fit and avoid potential fitment issues. The four slots on either side of the adapter are intentionally designed for quarter coins used as counterweights; three quarters in each slot is the recommended configuration. To add an element of visual appeal while also preventing the quarters from becoming dislodged due to vibration, I wrapped colored duck tape around both the front and back of the quarters. In terms of post-processing requirements, my final print necessitated only the removal of support material, although some light sanding may be necessary to achieve a snug fit between the GoPro slot and the camera itself. Please note that the dark spot on the rear side of the mount in the accompanying image is merely an artifact from the printing process, where I encountered difficulty removing the print from my bed, resulting in a small section of the bottom layer peeling off.
