This custom chuff cup is engineered to fit the GOON 24mm RDA clone perfectly, because some clones have an internal chamber diameter that's slightly smaller than the original GOON 24mm. To address this issue, I designed a compatible version that meets my specific needs for my own GOON 24mm clone. O-Ring Note: This design is optimized to work with a single O-ring measuring 1x12mm, but it can also be used without one if it fits snugly like on my Goon RDA. Print Settings: Printer: P3Steel Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 100% Notes: You're free to adjust print settings as you see fit, but keep in mind that reducing layer height will yield a higher quality finish. I successfully printed this design using PLA, and if you opt for ABS instead, consider polishing with acetone vapor for optimal results.
