Google Wifi Wall Mount

Google Wifi Wall Mount

**Note**: This mount works well for me in my environment, wall-mount technique and materials, chosen print quality, material and printer. If you use this, *you assume all responsibility for any losses incurred*, such as if the Google Wifi is knocked from the wall or the mount detaches itself from the wall or the print fails. A wallmount for a Google Wifi AP. The mount is designed to be affixed with removable double-sided sticky pads (eg 3M Command or Tesa Powerstrips), although adding holes for screws would be very easy. The mount follows the Google Wifi APs contours really well, so the AP sits tightly and securely in the mount. But it is also easy to remove and replace, thanks to the little catches on the rear. The mount allows wires (USB, network) to exit both upwards and downwards for easy placement configuration. I printed this with a Prusa i3 Mk3, although there is nothing special in this print for the Prusa. I used the following custom settings, although most should be obvious/logical: * **Support: Everywhere** - there are several overhangs, and the support arms lean inwards to follow the lines of the Google Wifi AP * **Perimeters: 3** for a strong shell * **20% solid infill** * **Solid infill every 60 layers** for more robustness in the arms This thing was made with Tinkercad: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6M3UnYcRbTn
