Google Pixel 3 Earphone Case
thingiverse
This is a custom magnetic case for the Google Pixel 3 earbuds designed using Blender 2.80 software. You will need six small magnets, measuring 5mm in diameter and 2mm in height, to complete this project. The case is roughly the size of a credit card with a thickness of 2.5 cm. I aimed to create the smallest possible box that showcases your earbuds while concealing the cable. However, I may have gone too far, requiring you to tightly wind up the cable. Additionally, there's limited space for volume buttons, so be cautious when placing the earbuds to avoid damaging connections between the cable, USB-C connector, and volume buttons. Remember that these connections should not be bent at sharp angles if you want your earbuds to last long-term. I considered making it slightly larger but prioritized compactness, inviting you to remix or modify the design as needed. You might need to lightly clean the plug for the neodymium magnet (5mm in diameter and 2mm in height) to ensure a snug fit of the magnets, especially those printing vertically. I printed both parts simultaneously, taking approximately five hours and a half. The case should be able to stand upright on all sides. As I strive to produce visually appealing and reliable designs, consider supporting me by tipping a virtual cup of coffee if you find this design helpful!
